Handcuffed Nicolás Maduro transferred to New York court
The UN Security Council has been holding an emergency meeting on Venezuela.
The Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro and his wife have been moved in handcuffs to the Manhattan courthouse where they'll answer charges of drug trafficking and terrorism. Our South America correspondent and North America correspondent are answering audience questions about the developments.
