Calls for new approach to immigration in Europe

There have been calls to revamp the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

All 46 countries which have signed up to the European Convention on Human Rights have agreed to rethink the obligations it imposes on handling immigration. Several governments have complained that they're often unable to return immigrants who arrive without permision, because of the way the Convention's rules are interpreted. We speak to journalists in Europe.
