
Kidnapping and church attack in Nigeria
Schools in northern Nigeria have become frequent targets for armed groups.
Police in Nigeria say two people have been killed after gunmen stormed a church and opened fire on worshippers in the south western state of Kwara. Our correspondent explains what happened.
Meanwhile, authorities are pursuing the gunmen who abducted more than 20 girls from a boarding school in north-western Nigeria's Kebbi state on Monday. Two girls escaped. We hear from a family member affected, and we speak to two people who live in the north about the the instability in the region.
