Typhoon Kalmaegi has slammed in to Vietnam, with winds of nearly 150kph.
A powerful typhoon has hit central Vietnam, having left a trail of devastation in the Philippines. Typhoon Kalmaegi is packing wind speeds of almost 150kph. Coastal areas have been evacuated. We speak to our correspondent and to an emergency responder.
