Reports say the Israeli prime minister is pushing to expand military operations in Gaza.
Hundreds of former senior Israeli security officials have urged President Trump to pressurise their government into ending its war in Gaza. They say it is no longer just. The main hostage support group accuses the prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, of leading the country to doom.
