Top UN court hears case on Israel's Gaza aid blockade

Israel had dismissed the ICJ proceedings as a circus.

A top Palestinian offical has told the International Court of Justice in the Hague that Israel was blocking humanitarian aid to Palestinians as a "weapon of war".
