US seizes second Venezuelan oil tanker

Venezuela has accuses the Trump administration of 'international piracy' after US forces seize a second oil tanker off the country's coast. We speak to former Venezuelan Minister Ricardo Huassmann about why he supports regime change, and explore the US war game planning which could come into play if the Maduro regime is toppled.
