US Government Shutdown: Day 40

As the US Government shutdown enters its 40th day, senators continue to work for a breakthrough to end the suffering of millions of Americans.
Also in the programme: the Syrian president, Ahmed Al-Sharaa, arrives for talks in the US; and the man who cloned his dog.
