It’s a busy Sunday of Premier League football, and Sportsworld has commentary from Stamford Bridge as Chelsea host leaders Arsenal. There will also be updates and reaction from the day’s four other games, including champions Liverpool at West Ham, and Manchester United’s trip to Crystal Palace.

Spain’s La Liga is the focus on this week’s EuroStars, and we also look back over the final of the Copa Libertadores and the Conference Finals in the MLS Playoffs.

Away from the football, the Formula One Drivers title could be decided this weekend, and we’ll be at the UK snooker Championship in London – the first of the sport’s big Triple Crown events.
