Trump says Russia is on board although the message from Moscow was that they were still "consulting partners"

The founding charter of Trump's body for resolving international conflicts has a $1 billion price tag for permanent membership. The US president has invited many world figures to join - though he says he's now decided to exclude the Canadian prime minister Mark Carney.

Vladimir Putin has held late night talks with three US envoys ahead of proposed trilateral peace talks between the US, Russia and Ukraine in the UAE.

And in Minnesota - quickly becoming the focal point of America's tensions over immigration - accusations that enforcement agents have been arresting Native Americans. We'll speak to an activist from the community.
