Ukraine confirms Russian use of hypersonic ballistic missile
Russia's ministry of defence says it used the missile known as an Oreshnik on overnight Ukraine strikes.
Russia's ministry of defence said it struck Ukraine overnight using an advanced Oreshnik ballistic missile as part of a wider bombardment. We speak to a Ukrainian politician who says the use of the intermediate range ballistic missile on Lviv, capable of carrying nuclear warheads, sends a message to the European Union.
