
Erdogan brands Turkey protests 'evil'
We have the latest from Istanbul.
Turkey's president, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, has accused demonstrators of damaging property and harming police officers during recent unrest. The protests were sparked by the arrest of Mr Erdogan's main political rival, Ekrem Imamoglu. He was taken into custody last Wednesday.
