The international airline trade association has criticised Heathrow's lack of planning, after the London airport was forced to close by a power cut, causing travel chaos. The outage was caused by a fire at an electricity substation. Heathrow's authorities say they’ll investigate why the back-up systems failed to keep the airport running.
