IT outage disrupts global business

Airlines and emergency services struggle after bug caused major computer problems.

A computer software update has wreaked havoc around the world disrupting businesses and government services. Airports, banks, media outlets and hospitals are among those severely affected. We will speak to people who have been affected by the outage. Our Tech reporter will also respond to audience questions and explain what caused the outage.
