US President Joe Biden is hosting the Nato summit in Washington DC today. There will be lots of scrutiny on his performance as the debate grows on whether he should stand for re-election in November's election. The UN says there is a high likelihood Russia carried out Monday's deadly attack on the main children's hospital in the Ukrainian capital, which destroyed large parts of the building. We speak to a doctor who works there.
