Antony Blinken said Israel's prime minister Netanyahu had assured him of his support for the proposal. We speak to our correspondent on the ground to get the latest.
German chancellor Olaf Scholz has opened the latest international donors meeting to help rebuild Ukraine. Ukrainian allies promised to support Ukraine at a conference in Berlin and urged international businesses to put their faith and money into post-war reconstruction.
