Russian jet crashes carrying Ukrainian PoWs

Russia has accused Ukraine's military of shooting down an aircraft, which it says was carrying sixty-five Ukrainian prisoners of war on their way to be exchanged - all on board are reported to have been killed. Our correspondent brings us the latest developments and reaction from the region.
