Starvation in Ethiopia's Tigray region

What's behind the starvation deaths in Tigray?

The BBC has been told that at least 1,400 people have starved to death in Ethiopia's northern Tigray since food aid was suspended because it was being stolen. Our correspondent in the region explains.
