Top UN court rules Israel must prevent genocidal acts in Gaza

Today, the International Court of Justice ruled that Israel must take all measures to prevent genocidal acts in Gaza but stopped short of ordering the cessation of military operations. The court’s final ruling on whether Israel is guilty of committing genocide is likely to take several years.
