The UN warns of starvation in Gaza

The World Food Programme has said Gaza’s population face ‘the immediate possibility’ of starvation. Aid agencies say that supplies being brought in are only able to provide Gazans seven percent of their daily caloric intake.

Israel mounts a raid on the West Bank city of Jenin, surrounding a hospital and killing five Palestinians who it claims were ‘terrorists’.
