Another attempt at rescuing residents of Mariupol

The International Red Cross will try again today to remove residents of Mariupol

The International Red Cross will make another attempt today to help people trapped in the besieged Ukrainian port city of Mariupol. Tens of thousands of residents are facing appalling conditions after weeks of Russian shelling.

And Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russian troops are 'noticeably' pulling out of the northern areas.

To discuss this and more, Paul Henley is joined by Noga Tarnopolsky, a freelance reporter on Palestine & Israel based in Jerusalem, and Henry Chu, deputy news editor for the Los Angeles Times.
