Ukraine-Russia tensions

We explain and analyse the on-going diplomacy to try to calm fears of a Russian invasion of Ukraine. Russia has accused the US of fuelling tension by putting thousands of American troops on heightened alert, Meanwhile, European leaders have been talking about their response in Brussels and Berlin.
