Ukraine will not surrender Mariupol
Russia's army urged people in the city to surrender, offering to open up humanitarian corridors to both civilians and fighters who disarm.
Ukraine has rejected a Russian deadline to surrender the besieged city of Mariupol in return for safe passage for its defenders.
