The British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, returns to work today to take charge of the UK's response to the coronavirus outbreak; prior to the coronavirus outbreak Chile had been struck with civil disturbances, now the economy is having to deal with this and the threat from the pandemic; and will the African continent become the next coronavirus epicentre?
