Turkey's president vows to allow refugees on to Europe; Biden scoops win in primary

The Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has vowed to allow refugees to travel on to Europe from Turkey.

Also in the programme: Joe Biden clinches his first ever win in a primary in South Carolina where voters picked the Democratic Party's flag-bearer to challenge Donald Trump for the presidency.
