US threatens Turkey with sanctions

US threatens Turkey with sanctions; is 'Extinction Rebellion' getting its message across?

The United States threatens its NATO ally Turkey with sanctions over its offensive in northern Syria, but critics blame President Trump for seeming to allow the latest conflict to begin in the first place.

Also in the programme: After a week of protests by the environmental campaign group, "Extinction Rebellion", is their direct action approach getting their message across effectively?

And tourism in Saudi Arabia for women.

Joining Rebecca Kesby to discuss these and other issues are Nathalie Tocci, director of the Institute of International Affairs in Rome, and Quentin Peel, former Financial Times Foreign correspondent and international affairs editor.
