A drone attack on a major Saudi oil plant halts production

After a drone attack on a major oil facility in Saudi Arabia, half of the country's oil production will be temporarily halted. We'll ask what that will mean for oil consumers around the world.

Also in the programme: Tunisians are voting for a presidential election, following the death of their President in July.
