US-China trade talks 'constructive'

The US Treasury Secretary, Steven Mnuchin, has described negotiations with China to try to resolve the two countries' trade war as 'constructive'. So is a deal nearly done?

Also, nearly all countries agree to stem the flow of plastic waste into poor nations.
