South Korea rolls out 5G

South Korea beats the rest of the world to become the first country to roll out 5G - fifth generation - mobile phone and internet services.

Also in the programme, the UN calls on the Libyan warlord Khalifa Haftar to halt his advance on Tripoli - as its emergency diplomatic mission ends in failure.

Joining Julian Worricker to discuss these and other issues are Yu Jie, China research fellow at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and Alex Andreou, Greek-born actor, writer and theatre director.
