Can Russia prevent a fully fledged war between Turkey and Syria?
Erdogan to meet up with Putin in Moscow to discuss Syria.
Vladimir Putin is meeting Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Moscow. In recent days soldiers from both Turkey and Syria lost their lives in direct confrontation in Idlib, the Syrian province that borders Turkey. Russia is allied with Syria and has provided the bulk of air support as the Syrian government took on rebel positions in Idlib. Many of those rebels are in turn backed by Turkey.
Also on the programme, the ICC have ruled that their chief prosecutor can investigate alleged war crimes in Afghanistan by US and other forces. And we also hear from the music legends Genesis who are back together and going on tour after 13 years apart.
