A new Trump deal with Iran would be a 'great way forward' says Boris Johnson. He also urged a 'dialling down' of tensions over Iran, following the targeted killing of the Iranian general, Qasem Soleimani, and Iran's accidental shooting down of a Ukrainian airliner.
