The UK and the European Commission meet for Brexit negotiations

Boris Johnson is in Luxembourg for his first meeting as prime minister with European Commission president Jean-Claude Juncker. But Mr Johnson has warned once again that he will not ask for an extension to delay Brexit beyond October 31st.
