Dozens of migrants killed in Libyan airstrike

The UN has condemned an airstrike on a detention central close to the capital. Dozens have been killed. The UN-recognised government blamed the airstrike on the Libyan National Army, which is loyal to the renegade general, Khalifa Haftar. His forces have denied they were involved in the attack.
