Shares hit by Trump tariff threat to China

Major stock markets have been hit after US President Trump threatened new China tariffs. Mary Lovely, a senior fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, tells us why President Trump might be threatening higher tariffs, and we'll also get US reaction from Peter Jankovskis at Oakbrook Investments in Chicago.
