Improving female diversity in the entertainment industry

The success of Black Panther shows that diversity sells on a global stage

This month, the British Film Institute in London is launching a festival aimed at showcasing black talent. But is the industry doing enough to promote women of colour in lead roles? We speak to three women who are pushing for change on the silver screen and theatre stage. Also in the programme, Hong Kong International Airport saw chaotic scenes on a second consecutive day of massive anti-government protests, part of a ten-week stretch of widespread demonstrations. So how are businesses dealing with the disruption and what is the impact on the economy? We hear from our reporter Leisha Santorelli, herself born in Hong Kong. And our workplace commentator gives tips on how to handle curveball questions in a modern day job interview. (Image: Adanna Oji, Titilola Dawudu and Tumi Sejoe. Credit: BBC)
