The challenges for Brazil's indigenous people

Brazil's indigenous people have been protesting the country's business-friendly leaders.

Brazil's indigenous people have been protesting the country's business-friendly leaders. Our reporter in Brasilia has been speaking with some of those who have taken to the streets. And Sarah Schenker of campaign group Survival International explains concerns that the government is pushing for commercial mining and fishing on indigenous reserves. Also in the programme, we examine the arguments for and against legally enforceable rent controls in cities. Plus with the scaly pangolin named as the world's most hunted and trafficked animal, Ruth Valerio, global advocacy and influencing director at the Christian charity Tear Fund, tells us why they are so highly sought after.
