
Russian government resigns as Putin plans future
President Putin has proposed changes to help him stay in power.
The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, has proposed constitutional changes that could prolong his hold on power. Mr Putin has nominated Mikhail Mishustin, the head of the Federal Tax Service, as the new Prime Minister after the entire government resigned. We'll hear about the reaction in the country.
