UK General Election: Boris Johnson's Conservatives win majority

Johnson says he hopes the "extraordinary" win will bring closure to the Brexit debate.

Boris Johnson has said he hopes his party's "extraordinary" election win will bring closure to the Brexit debate and "let the healing begin". The Conservatives have won a House of Commons majority of 80, the party's largest since 1987. We explain what this means for the UK and Brexit.

Also, it is the final day of the COP25 UN Climate Change Conference in Madrid. We'll speak to people who have been there and assess what has been achieved over the last two weeks.
