Climate Change: Greta Thunberg joins Madrid conference
Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg has made her first visit to UN climate talks in Madrid.
We continue our coverage from the UN climate conference in Madrid, and today we’ll ask how much individual action, such as flying less, matters in tackling climate change. Swedish climate activist Greta Thunberg is attending the COP25 conference, after her long boat trip across the Atlantic.
We’ll also hear about the reaction in India as thousands of people have been celebrating the killing of four men suspected of raping and killing a young woman in Hyderabad last week. The suspects were shot by the police as they tried to escape.
And the BBC’s Senior North America reporter Anthony Zurcher will be at our London desk, summarising the developments in the impeachment proceedings against President Trump this week.
