Impeachment inquiry: Gordon Sondland to testify

A senior US diplomat, Gordon Sondland, has told the impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump that - under the president's orders - he and other advisers pressured Ukraine to investigate his political rivals. We talk to our reporter in Washington.
