
Grenfell fire report: Tower did not meet building regulations
The report says the fire was spread by combustible panels that clad the building
A new report into the Grenfell Tower fire has been released, criticising the emergency services' response to the tragedy. It also says the tower did not meet building regulations. 72 people died in the fire in London in 2017. A survivors' group has welcomed the report, calling for the government to treat its response as "a national emergency". Our reporter brings you the details.
