New Brexit Deal Agreed

A Brexit deal has been agreed between the UK and EU before a meeting of European leaders in Brussels. British PM Boris Johnson and European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker called it a "fair" outcome. The DUP in Northern Ireland are not supporting the deal. British MPs are due to vote on the deal on Saturday. We get the latest reaction from London and Brussels with our correspondents on the ground.
