Ecuador protests: President moves government out of capital Quito

President Moreno said he would not back down on the fuel price hike

The president of Ecuador has temporarily moved government operations from the capital, Quito, to the port city of Guayaquil. It comes amid escalating protests, which were sparked by the end of fuel subsidies. Indigenous demonstrators have blocked roads and highways in the country. We'll hear from people on the ground.

Also, the latest on Brexit as a government source says a deal is "essentially impossible" after a call between the Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Angela Merkel.
