A lack of regulation in the US fertility industry is leading to the creation of extremely large genetic family groups. Some donor-conceived children have found out that they have over 20 siblings. But what are the ethical issues involved with these ever-growing genetic families? And should the industry be more tightly regulated? We speak to those involved in the industry, including donor-conceived children.

Also, the location of Indonesia's new capital city has been decided. The current capital Jakarta is sinking into the sea, so it will be relocated to the province of East Kalimantan on the island of Borneo. But what do Indonesians think of the decision? We hear their thoughts.
