Denmark surprised after Trump cancels state visit

Danish PM says Mr Trump's decision to cancel state visit is regrettable and surprising.

Denmark's prime minister, Mette Frederiksen, says she is "annoyed and surprised" after Donald Trump cancelled his state visit over Greenland. But she says relations with the US have not been damaged. We'll hear from BBC Monitoring how the story has been covered.

We have been talking to Richard Navarro from Venezuela. His 9-year-old son Brayan shot and killed last week when the family was attacked by armed men as they drove home from a boys’ football tournament.

And we have a lovely story about an 89-year old grandmother Joy Ryan and her grandson Brad, who have been getting a lot of attention on media with their plan to visit all 61 national parks in the United States. Joy and Brad spoke to us about their adventure.
