Boris Johnson's first speech as UK Prime Minister

We're broadcasting from outside the Houses of Parliament in Westminster as Boris Johnson takes over as the British Prime Minister. We hear reaction to his first speech as Prime Minister after Theresa May officially resigned.

And we follow Robert Mueller's testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report into Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election.
