Boris Johnson's first speech as UK Prime Minister

Mr Johnson speaks at 10 Downing Street after Theresa May officially resigned

We're broadcasting from outside the Houses of Parliament in Westminster as Boris Johnson becomes the British Prime Minister. We'll hear him speak outside 10 Downing Street after Theresa May made her final statement to the country and tendered her resignation to the Queen.

Also, we follow Robert Mueller's testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee about his report into Russian interference in the 2016 US presidential election.
