Venezuela Independence Day rally

Venezuelan opposition leader, Juan Guaidó, has recently returned to the country and today he has called for a fresh rally to both mark the country's Independence Day - and call again for the removal of President Nicolas Maduro. Our reporter brings us the latest from Caracas.
