An attack in the Libya capital has killed more than 44 migrants at a detention centre
An attack in the Libya capital Tripoli has killed more than 44 migrants at a detention centre. At least 130 people were injured in the attack, which the Libyan government blamed on an air strike by forces loyal to a warlord, General Khalifa Haftar. A UN official has said it could constitute a war crime. We get the latest developments form our corespondent.
