
Alabama passes bill banning abortion
The US state has passed a bill that will ban the procedure in almost all cases.
The US state has passed a bill that will ban abortions in nearly all cases, including when the pregnancy is a result of rape or incest. It's one of the latest states to pass legislation which will restrict abortions. We'll speak to women from Alabama on both sides of the debate.
Also, in Turkey the court case of Şule Çet began today, she was a university student who died after allegedly falling from the 20th floor of a plaza in Ankara. Two men have been accused of her murder. We'll get the latest.
